During the Falmouth Public Schools' winter break in February, NFVA board member Brittney Dexter assembled a basket of craft kits that families could pick up free of charge at the North Falmouth Library. With the schools now preparing for their spring break (April 20–24), Brittney will once again assemble craft kits for families to enjoy, but this time with a touch of spring.
Rather than containing materials for kids to mold and decorate mini snowmen, the kits will provide everything needed to create wooden bird feeders (above): a wooden piece to decorate, a small cup for seed, and even a small bag of bird seed! They'll be available during the break, free of charge, at the North Falmouth Library. Just look for the festive basket and the "North Falmouth Village Association" sticker.
